Harco is built so your job search stays yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, password), the profile and resume data you import, and the roles you queue for autopilot.
Operational data such as application status, submission receipts, and basic product analytics used to keep Harco reliable.
How we use it
To find matching roles, tailor answers, submit applications you queue, and show you an accurate tracker. We never sell your data or share your search with recruiters.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Access is limited to the systems required to run the product.
Your controls
Export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, resumes, and application history.
